W2E

Working with our partners at Novalux Ip-Polymers can use waste to create power from our thermal oil system.  The waste will be incinerated to generate hot gas to heat the oil, when the hot ORC thermal oil evaporates it will turn the turbine which will generate electricity through an alternator, then using a cooler it will be condensed and carry on round the loop.

In line with Ip-Polymers goal of reducing waste and toxic gases we use specially designed filter systems to reduce emissions of particulates by 99%, remove acid gases and reduce dioxins and NOX to make the process as clean as possible.  The electricity generated from the waste 2 energy site can then be fed to the grid reducing the need to rely solely on more harmful electricity generating methods.
